My previous interaction with the dealership were always good. On Feb 17 I purchased a used vehicle. Brought it back 3 days later because the radiator was losing coolant badly. My service tech sent a video of my vehicle while he inspected it and made recommendations on what needed to b customer and the quality of their work. After hitting a pot hole and having a flat tire, I went to 2 tire stores, the first one could not help me with the BMW Pirelli Tire, 2nd famous tire store wanted $1,268 for two front tires on my 740i. Called BMW of Las Vegas and they were half the price, got me in same day, then found out they were covered on my extended warranty and it would cost me $50 deductible. Tyler was amazing, informative, communicative and I cannot tell you how great they were.. here I thought I could save money at a tire center and boy was I wrong~ Thanks BMW More
