They took my car for oil change, when I got it back my car was dirty and they did not reset the lights of the oil change so the lights keep beeping all the time, I have to take back on Monday talk to Jord car was dirty and they did not reset the lights of the oil change so the lights keep beeping all the time, I have to take back on Monday talk to Jordan Trujillo and he really apologize for the inconvenience and took care the situation, the other representative who did not do his job well is Joe Monaco; the first time when I took my car with Jordan Trujillo was excellent, but this second time with Joe Monaco was bad he probably need more training. More

I was a lil skeptical about the dealership when I read the reviews (many them were not nice) until i brought my X1 in for a 3yr/36k miles service. I was totally overwhelmed by how nice and courteous the the reviews (many them were not nice) until i brought my X1 in for a 3yr/36k miles service. I was totally overwhelmed by how nice and courteous the staff were. The service manager, Frank, was honest and extra helpful. He told me i didn't need the service yet but that I had 2 recalls, which i didn't even know about. He said it would take about 1.5hr to fix the recalls coz the mechanic had to update the software in my car. While waiting in the lobby, which was very nice and clean, i had 3 cups of Starbucks coffee free of charge and browsed through the inventory in the service department; and before i know it, my car was already done. it took them 2 hours to update the software but it's all worth it. Now my car is up to date with the software, and I left with a happy face. I would definitely bring my car back there again for all future services. Thank you, Frank, and all service members who helped making my day at the dealership a pleasant experience. More
JOE C is top notch, an absolute asset to the dealership. I will continue to purchase/lease BMW's because I know I have someone who cares there to help me during my ownership. One thing that happened and should be double checked prior to pulling the vehicle up or maybe someone just had an off day, when I picked my X7 up there were greasy hand marks on my the interior of my drivers door and some black on my seats (cognac interior so it shows it all).. I keep a rag in my car so I just cleaned it however I know if I would've told Joe he would've had it handled immediately. Appreciate y'all over at Las Vegas BMW! More

I've returned to this dealership after about 8 years following trumped-up repair charges. However, during the two recent visits, I was not pressured to do extra work. I prefer it this way. I was in last week for a small warmly issue and while picking the car up the next morning no less than 4 se3rfvies personnel asked if I was ok and if Id been helped. That just doesn't seem to happen ion any business anymore. Thanks to my service writer Frank and all the service department. More

This visit exceeded expectations and the service mechanics handled the issues/requests professionally and efficiently. Back to my service advisor, Joe- his overall demeanor and professionalism with all aspects of the visit, including his willingness to take the time to explain things, offer resolution, offer recommendations and evident honesty is much appreciated and highly will recommend he and BMW of Las Vegas. My service advisor, Frank, was very helpful in guiding to needed repairs and other repairs that weren't as critical for this visit. I have a 335is with nearly 200,000 miles. BMW's are expensive cars to own, but when a person takes care of their car with really great staff the cars can and will last. I drive my car through Death Valley quite often during extreme heat and cold and drive it with confidence. More
