We took our new BMW in for its first 10,000 mile service. The service department was prompt in bringing our car into their bays and kept us informed of its progress throughout the service. Our service rep is excellent and does all he can to accommodate me. Unfortunately, the volume of cars you guys process and service is so large that wait times to check in, especially when you stop in (unscheduled) for something simple is 4 to 6 times as long as any other dealer. I found a couple of dents on the my hood after leaving my car with the dealer overnight. I tried to contact them for any remedies, service advisor and supervisor kept promising to call back, but It has been car with the dealer overnight. I tried to contact them for any remedies, service advisor and supervisor kept promising to call back, but It has been over a week, and I have been trying to call them, no responses. I cannot help but wonder that they are trying to avoid me. Unacceptable customer service for such a respectable dealer. Come on BMW, you guys are better than that. What is my next option? Small claims court? Unbelievable. More
