Excellent mechanical work. They definitely need a better system for time management. A simple oil change can easily take 4 - 5 hours of your day, depending on how busy they are They definitely need a better system for time management. A system of text messages w updates would be welcomed so the client could manage their own professional schedule. I've lost many hours just waiting there for my car and this can be frustrating. Autonation's Toyota dealership (I also have a 4Runner) has a better system for clients. I want to note that my service rep, Sean Bahr is excellent. No complaints there. It's management that needs to rethink their system. More
