Well, it turned out that the plan was to cover the car FOR THE FIRST 4 YEARS since new, 3 years before I bought it! So I paid thousands of dollars, and received ONE OIL CHANGE, period. Buyer beware! Service was excellent & Marcus Lianes was professional & and kind. Service done was in the time estimated. Waiting room was clean & comfortable. Only problem I had was regarding the shuttle.
