Very Bad service. They screwed up my car! Hello, I am writing to convey my extreme displeasure and dissatisfaction with your service center. I brought in my car a 2008 335I to your service Hello, I am writing to convey my extreme displeasure and dissatisfaction with your service center. I brought in my car a 2008 335I to your service center on 09/21/2017 due to a factory recall on my air bags. I called and made an appointment over the phone for the airbags, oil change, alignment and diagnose a DST light. When I got to the service center I was told that they couldn’t perform the DST light diagnosis because it wasn’t on the notes and they did not have the time to do it that day due to being a busy day and i’ll have to make another appointment for that service. I was very upset but decided to get the other services done because I took a day off work to get my car fixed and I didn’t want to waste my day off. When I picked up my car, i was told that the car was missing a strut support bolt and it was stripped. I was also advised to replace my front struts, knuckle, and rear right axel. when I picked up the car I noticed one of the strut support bolts was missing and stripped after the car went the shop. Also I had a bunch of metal shavings under the hood around the strut support/frame. There was drill holes on the strut support frame. The tech said they did not do it. however the car did not have those 3 issues before i took it in. I took pictures under the hood before it went in the shop an i had it power washed under the hood few days prior to it. I spoke to the service manager and they re-installed the strut support bold but they did not use the original screw. they used some other non BMW screw and i don't trust it's integrity. very unhappy with the whole experience and they did not make things right. Also, I did an alignment but now the car is much worst than when I took it in. I respectfully request ask BMW to resolve the issue of the strut support bolt and my alignment or give me my money back. I would like for BMW to re-install the correct strut support bold and re-do the alignment. More
Awful and terrible I have been waiting for the repair of my X3 on a recall on the Takata airbag since March 2016. I received a letter first week of August 2017 stating t I have been waiting for the repair of my X3 on a recall on the Takata airbag since March 2016. I received a letter first week of August 2017 stating that BMW has the parts now and we can bring the car in and repair will take just an hour and everything free of charge. So i called for appointment and lady at the service dept said they need to order the parts and will take 1 & 1/2 weeks. Appointment is then set for Aug 31 at 8:30am. Had endorsed the car to Dandre and according to him repair will only take about 1 & 1/2 hrs. At 3:15pm he left a voice message saying they run out of parts. After waiting for 1 & 1/2 years and take note another 1 & 1/2 weeks and another 7 hrs, all i got was, they need to order the parts. Is it frustrating? Is it disappointing? Then, Dandre said the parts will take a couple of days to order. Now just a couple of days??? He even promised that he will personally call me when he gets the parts. Damage has been done, trust and loyalty to BMW are now in question. What's next? Hoping for something better. More

I had it looked at and knew it needed rear brakes and a front sensor ... estimate was $ 850 with back rotors. I took it to Ronnie at 11 AM and he said they would finish by dinner. They installed pads and the sensor .. . Rotors fine !!! Total Under 500 !! Done as promised. Thanks Ronnie and dealership for a great job !! More
Damaged my dashcam, wasted a full day of my life I went in for a basic service and left with a broken dashcam. The service tech disconnected the wiring under the panels somehow, then mysteriously forgot how to fix it. A few days later, i had some time and took it in. I asked to take a shuttle, but instead they left me waiting for a few hours. When my service advisor finally came back around, he said my dascam was working again. He walked me out to my car which was not washed, again. He said he would sneak me to the front of the line so I wouldnt have to wait forever. After another hour and a half or so, I began pacing the lot to find my car just sitting there, already washed. Why couldn't someone tell me it was done? How long had it been just sitting there? I had to wrestle with the front desk lady to explain to her why i didn't have paperwork, and of course my advisor was nowhere to be found, so he couldn't clear up the confusion. After a very frustrating and long day spent as a hostage at this dealership I was on my way. I tried to contact the service manager several times via email, but he has yet to reply.... To put it mildy, this place is disorganized and sucks. I will be making the drive to Henderson BMW even though its out of my way, just to avoid this sort of inconvenience again. More

Worst customer service I have been blown off for over 4 months after cancelling an extended warranty. I have called to follow-up multiple times with zero return calls. I have stopped by to ask them face-to-face what is taking so long, and all I get is worthless apologies and excuses, NOBODY gives a darn when they owe you money!!!!!!! More

They are crooks, i will take them to the court, plus i have another bmw 320 i took it for change of oil and they told me that my car has a problem and i need 7.000 doillars to fix it, i did not detect any problem with the car. THEY ARE CROOKS WATCH OUT, SERVICE SUCKS THEY STELA YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO NOT FIX THE CAR!!!! More
