I don't want to take anything away from the other professionals at BMW & Mercedes-Benz of Lincoln, but I would find it very hard to believe I could have worked with a better individual than Colin Lud professionals at BMW & Mercedes-Benz of Lincoln, but I would find it very hard to believe I could have worked with a better individual than Colin Ludvik. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and you'd be doing yourself a favor by asking for him by name the moment you walk through the door. I've purchased dozens of vehicles over the years. I genuinely love cars, and I tend to put a lot of thought into the process. Long before I ever visit a dealership, I've usually researched the models, option packages, features, and priorities that matter to me. Unfortunately, in many cases, I've found that sales staff know less about the vehicle than I do. That's not meant as an insult—many buyers don't need that level of detail—but as someone who has spent a lifetime in sales, I have a tremendous amount of respect for a professional who truly knows their product. Colin may be the first salesperson I've worked with who could answer every question I had without hesitation. He was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and never made the process feel rushed or pressured. In fact, I didn't walk into BMW of Lincoln planning to buy a BMW, and I certainly didn't walk in planning to buy from Colin, let alone in the next 6 months. Yet his professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service are a major reason I purchased my first BMW. It likely won't be my last. As for the dealership itself, BMW of Lincoln was a much better experience than many of the larger-volume stores I've visited over the years. The atmosphere was friendly, professional, and refreshingly low-pressure. Their inventory was excellent, pricing was competitive, and the entire process felt straightforward from start to finish. What really stood out was the effort Colin put into the experience. Personalized videos, detailed walk-arounds, quick communication, careful preparation of the vehicle, and genuine attention to detail. He treated the purchase as if it mattered, and that goes a long way. Honestly, I can say this was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I've had. I recently purchased a used 2025 Toyota Sienna online and live about 500 miles away, so I relied heavily on the dealership to be fully transparent throughout the process. While the transaction itself was fairly smooth, I was disappointed to discover after delivery that the vehicle did not include floor mats or a second key. At no point during the buying process did Collin from sales, Colton from finance, or Justin the sales manager disclose that these items were missing. Replacing them cost me around $800, which I believe should have been clearly communicated upfront, especially since I was purchasing remotely and unable to inspect the vehicle in person. I was assured the process would be transparent and positive, but this oversight left me feeling misled. When I reached out to address the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do, which was frustrating and disappointing. Overall, while the buying process was convenient, the lack of disclosure and follow up support left a negative impression. More
