Hector Marino - Finance Manager is Irresponsible and did not take pride in his word. He did not do what he said he would do and lied to get out of the trouble. I bought a Used car from BMW. Hector took my not take pride in his word. He did not do what he said he would do and lied to get out of the trouble. I bought a Used car from BMW. Hector took my down payment and gave me the title to sign and told me that the title will be sent to the Dmv within 30 days. 2 days before the expired day. I went to the dmv and waited in line for over an hour and then the clerk told me that there was no title sent to them. I had to go all the way to the dealership to get the title and went back to the Dmv. I waited in line for another hour again to find out that the title system was down that evening plus the clerk told me the Sale tax amount was not correct because the tire fee should not be on there. I gave her the cashier check and she would not take it so I had to go back to the bank and cash it out. I gave Hector the sale tax form and he said everything was correct and he would not fix it for me. I spent a whole day and I got nothing done that day, waste of my time to go back and forth from the DMW to the bank and to the dealership. I talked to the used car manager about the issue, he asked Hector, Hector said he told me to take the title but I did not take it ( that is a lie). Then I talked to Hector he said he did not do my paper work so he did not know the whole story, not a single appology word from him. I request to get my document fee back, he denied it. A couple days after I take my car home, there was some issue with the car, the used manager told me that the service department will call me to take my car in,they never call me, when I called them directly, noone pickup and did not bother to call me back. I will not go back and I will not recommend to do business with them especially Hector. More

Frustrating to say the least Dealer said they would do things and then didn't during my sale process. Car detail department was a lackluster mess with trash still under the seats, overall interior job very poor, exterior washed but did nothing to really make the car show room quality. Asked for touch up and was denied, even at a discount. Overall I will not being going back for service or sales. Disappointed in a Berkshire owned dealer. More

Service Department - Poor Experience Brought in my X5M for a recall on the passenger airbag. Husker Auto BMW did a 27 point inspection upon arrival. Husker Auto's own inspection report st Brought in my X5M for a recall on the passenger airbag. Husker Auto BMW did a 27 point inspection upon arrival. Husker Auto's own inspection report states windshield is in good shape. Husker Auto BMW had the vehicle for several days. At pickup I noticed the windshield was cracked from top middle all the way to bottom right corner. The service advisor said Sara Hansen (Manager) would call me the next day. Nope. I had to follow up leaving a voice mail message and at least a half dozen plus emails. Then I had to bring the SAV back in for another windshield inspection only to be told that the crack was probably preexisting and that the mechanic must have missed the crack during inspection. (A crack that goes across half the windshield - It did not have a crack when I brought it in). Sara Hansen @ Husker Auto BMW quoted me $1,125 and they would get it fixed. More

I had left so many voicemail about my bumper and no one has ever returned my calls. bmw lincoln , you seem to forget that you work for your customers and not the other way around . I never had issues when Brooke used to work for you . your service department staff including sarah needs to be retrained . please avoid this place at all cost . More

Worst managment ever! I took my cars there three times, and all 3 had issues with service reps. Manager didn't even call back after leaving 10 messages (voice messages + w I took my cars there three times, and all 3 had issues with service reps. Manager didn't even call back after leaving 10 messages (voice messages + written messages from reps). I would recommend to use service else where. More

Don't stand behind their vehicle or their service department These guys were all nice and friendly when I bought the used car (was one year old with less than 5000 miles on it), but when the car had a major fail These guys were all nice and friendly when I bought the used car (was one year old with less than 5000 miles on it), but when the car had a major failure (with less than 5500 miles on it), it was there service department that screwed it up so the original power train warranty wouldn't cover it and they did nothing other than tell us it was ours to take up with the manufacturer after waiting almost 2 weeks to get any answers out of them. Awesome service by Jess and Josh at BMW of Lincoln I stopped in late in the day to buy a part. Found out in talking to service tech Josh that I needed more than that. Although it was late in the day I stopped in late in the day to buy a part. Found out in talking to service tech Josh that I needed more than that. Although it was late in the day and Josh and Service Advisor Jess Moody had already worked long hours, they graciously took care of me - got me a quick service appointment while I waited - and got me on the road again within an hour. The kind of willingness to help that you just don't see too often anymore. They were both polite and professional in spite of my showing up late in the day without an appointment. A big thanks to Jess and Josh for going above and beyond!! More
