Exception Sales People and Dealership The lease on our X3 expires in December 19 and I had stopped at the dealership in March of 19 to see if there were any options available to terminate The lease on our X3 expires in December 19 and I had stopped at the dealership in March of 19 to see if there were any options available to terminate the lease early and begin a new lease. Tony Stuart assisted me and quickly told me that BMW wasn't currently offering a "pull ahead" program, but he would keep in touch with me in the likelihood that program became available. Tony did just that and while BMW still didn't offer the program we were able to terminate the lease early and get into a new 2019 X3 that was a BMW service loaner. When were looking at new vehicles Tony was out sick one day and Brandon Brooks stepped in for him and between the two gentlemen we had one of the most pleasant car leasing situations that we have ever experienced and we have been leasing vehicles for over 30 years. CO's BMW is dealership that I tried to work with on previous leases and I left for another BMW dealership in Denver, which is over an hour away, completely frustrated. We tried them again in 2016 and I was amazed at the transformation in their approach to me as a customer and we were able to lease an X3 at a dealership that is 10 minutes from our home. The service is excellent as well. I want to thank Tony and Brandon for working really hard to find us a BMW and a lease that fit our needs! Bryan and Jackie More

I have to say in all those dozens of experiences CO’s BMW center has by far hands down been the best experience of all of them. The whole experience from beginning to end was seamless. the irony of it all is I’ve purchased 2 used vehicles from them . Honestly speaking the 2 vehicles combined in dollars really didn’t amount to much by today’s standards .With that being said they treated us with the utmost respect and understanding our needs as if we were purchasing a 100k luxury vehicle . Trevon Yep our sales person is an amazing young man .You are fortunate to have him on your staff as well as your managers ,finance etc etc .
