I had the priviledge of working with Francine Jaume at BMW of Loveland. Our lease was coming to an end and were looking to replace our current vehicle. One of my frustrations when getting a new car is that dealers insist on doing business their way versus listening to the customer. I am very clear on how I want to do business, email only, and I am not going into your dealership until we have a deal. Francine not only listened, but she communicated quickly and effectively. She made this experience seamless and enjoyable. Her energetic and friendly demeanor created a positive experience from the beginning. I rarely write reviews, but this one is well deserved. I would highly recommend working with Francine and the folks at BMW of Loveland. More
