Awesome Experience I took my car in for a recall. I was immediately greeted and told how long it would take. A driver was provided to take me home. When it was finished I took my car in for a recall. Everyone we dealt with was cordial, professional and took great care of us. Also we got a terrific car wash! Need to provide loaner vehicles The staff was awesome and the service was great! My only issue is they do not provide loaner vehicles and, my service took 3 hours! Luckily I had someone available to follow me to drop off my vehicle. This is my second BMW, when I lived in VA, I used to take my first one to BMW of Alexandria, I was always offered a loaner when I took it in for service. I feel that if you pay 50K for a vehicle, at least the dealer can do is offer you a loaner vehicle, especially when the service requires 3 hours! More
