Excellent service representatives, best follow up ever I really appreciated Shiela and her efforts to assist me when I cracked my rim passing/traveling through Macon. Not what I expected Vehicle was picked up later than expected. Received an X4 after I requested what I have or higher which is an X5. Bonnaroo Breakdown- We were on our way to Bonnaroo from south Florida when suddenly the engine started shaking and the dashboard lit up like Christmas near Tifton Ga. BM We were on our way to Bonnaroo from south Florida when suddenly the engine started shaking and the dashboard lit up like Christmas near Tifton Ga. BMW roadside service got us towed to BMW of Macon after Service had closed. Even though they weirdly don’t have a key drop box, Sales was still there and took the keys. The next day Miss Sheila called and discussed the car issues with us while we continued on our trip in a rental (unfortunately not a BMW loaner). while we danced, the stellar technician, whose name I don’t know, diagnosed the problems, ordered, received and installed parts. We got the news on Saturday afternoon that the car was repaired. Dancing was involved and we picked up the clean car on Monday and made our way home with nary a problem and way better gas mileage! Thank you! More
