Good Service The service people are always very polite. Getting an appointment was easy and they were able to get my car in for service in just a few days after I The service people are always very polite. Getting an appointment was easy and they were able to get my car in for service in just a few days after I called about brake light issues. My only complaint would be that BMW is a high end brand and I would expect dealerships to have loaner vehicles available for their clients. This service center never has loaner vehicles available, but I do appreciate their pick-up/drop-off service to customer's homes. I'll be visiting this dealership in the future. More

This the worst BMW dealership. This must be a terrible place to work because the employees are ALWAYS rude and unpleasant. I called because I had a flat tire and was told to just c This must be a terrible place to work because the employees are ALWAYS rude and unpleasant. I called because I had a flat tire and was told to just come by they could get to me any time. I waited for quite some time and finally the employee rudely told me it would be awhile because they had to work me in. I finally borrowed a vehicle from a friend and went back to work. Also, back in December I called several times and even went to the Parts Department to get a light washer cover that was missing from my vehicle. At first the wrong part was ordered, then I was told I would get a call with the correct item. Never got that call. Finally after much to do yesterday I was able to get the part for my vehicle. On top of the consistent terrible customer service, the front of the dealership looks like a buy here pay here lot. Where are the BMWs?? It's an embarrassment for a BMW dealership. If I wanted some random Chevrolet or Kia - I would go to their dealership. It actually looks like they are going out of business. More
