Very disappointed I am very disappointed with my experience at bmw of Macon. I had scheduled to have the recalls on my bmw fixed and from the first time I called them t I am very disappointed with my experience at bmw of Macon. I had scheduled to have the recalls on my bmw fixed and from the first time I called them they made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. We got a date scheduled and they provided a great car for me to drive. When they brought my car back to me the gas light was on. Now, what frustrates me about this is the fact that I had to sign paperwork saying that if the car they gave to me to drive didn’t have as much gas in it when it was returned then I had to pay them all these fees for gas, yet they brought my car back on empty, when they picked it up it had a quarter of a tank of gas. The other thing that I am frustrated about is, where they took the airbags out for the recall there is now a giant gap between the dash and console on the passenger side. You can also see under the dash. They just did an overall terrible job. I am very disappointed. More
