To say that my experience at Zimbrick was great would be an understatement. My Client Advisor Kyle Cottier was probably one of the best, if not the best, car salespeople I have ever worked with. His attention to detail, listening skills, and truly making sure that I was not only getting the right vehicle, (a 230i Series 2), but that we spent the least amount of time necessary to work out the deal, was greatly appreciated. He is a fine young gentleman, who it is apparent, is not only good at what he does, but has a passion for his work. Shout outs also go to Devon Stovall who did a great job walking me through the features of the vehicle, and Ken Wagner, the first Business Manager I worked with who did not try to upsell me on any additional products or services as we were finishing up the paperwork.
