Great experience and smooth process This experience started with me bringing my 2013 135is in to get a couple things looked at in the service center and receiving a call to see if my wif This experience started with me bringing my 2013 135is in to get a couple things looked at in the service center and receiving a call to see if my wife and I may be interested in trading it in. We recently had a baby so we thought this may be a good time to look into getting a 4 door vehicle and we were interested in either a 3 series or an x1. Kyle our sales rep was very helpful and didn't pressure us into any decisions while helping us find the right car for us. We originally settled on a 2015 x1 but there were some issues with the financing due to the negative equity from the trade in. Kyle though worked with us and within the same day got us a great deal on a 2018 x1 that had lower payments than the used one due to some deals on new vehicles. All in all, Kyle looked out for our interests while making sure we didn't put ourselves in a financial bind just to make a sale. We would definitely recommend Kyle and Zimbrick BMW to anyone looking to purchase a new or used BMW since they will listen to what you want in a car and find the best fit for you. They also made the process very smooth including transferring plates to the new car, so all we had to do was sign a few papers. More
