Excellent Technical Knowledge We were looking for a good used BMW Z4 with a manual transmission and had been searching for a while. There happen to be one at the dealership that Jenny was able to show us. I had a number of technical questions and was quite impressed with how well versed Jenny was on these type of details. The next day we gave Jenny a call to request a test drive. When we got there, Jenny had the car all prepared for us. Following the test drive, Justin, the technical expert, was near the car and kindly asked if we had any questions. He was able to provide some additional details of the car's features. After that, and speaking further with Jenny, we decided to purchase the car. Jenny stayed late to close the deal and we certainly appreciated her being willing to accommodate us since we live 90 minutes away. At the time I was purchasing, there was both a new website to spec out the car; and it was a new model. In both cases he was adept at answering my questions and explaining the features. Whenever there was a milestone date, he made sure I got the updates and new information about the car and the delivery. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. More

Excellent service I had scheduled an appointment to have my snow tires switched out and was planning on waiting at the dealership while the work was preformed. As I reached the waiting area my service advisor Mike Baumeister approached me and said my car was due for oil, new spark plugs etc. and they would do that service that day. He had a loaner car waiting for me ready for me to go about my day as my service was being completed. That to me is excellent service. We are a family with 4 vehicles 2 of those being BMW's, an X5M and a 7 Series. one of the others is a Range Rover which is also a favorite however, the service for that vehicle has been less than average. And for that reason I will ALWAYS drive a BMW!! More
