A lot of bang for the buck Sean was awesime! He greeted us right away, listened to what we wanted and the budget we had to work with. We would have loved the brand new BMW X5 b Sean was awesime! She has been extremely helpful and friendly, always accommodating our needs, taking the time to provide helpful advice and showing us different options available. We just visited her few days ago, and she already started to look for another car for us, once our lease is over. I have been a loyal BMW client since 2003 (TX) for the quality of its cars. Enjoyable Experience Buying a car For the past couple of years I have been looking at possibly buying a 328i. There were certain features and price I was looking for. Plus I was looking for a dealership that had great customer service. A couple of weeks ago I found this 2016 328i at the Zimbrick BMW in Madison. I sent an email request asking if the car was still available. They said it was and also gave me an eprice which was even lower than I expected.. They introduced me to Kyle Cottier, my salesperson. I set an appointment and was loaded with questions for Kyle. Kyle was great and answered my questions first which really put me at ease. Then he explained all of the features of the car and we went on a test drive. All of this time he was communicating about the car and answering my questions. The experience was great !! Before I left the dealership Kyle made sure everything was ready and it was a great buying experience. I have found the salesperson and dealership for buying another BMW. Maybe this time for my wife. More
