Zimbrich is excellent for servicing my vehicle I drive over 100 miles for the service. The people are very professional and treat you like family. Went in for oil change, asked them to read an intermittent (nuisance?) check engine code. They wanted to charge me $205 just to read the code with their scanner. Travelling through Madison from out of state when window regulator broke. Stopped at Zimbrick unannounced. Service Advisor Felipe Marcelino and Mechanic Craig Janisch worked our problem right away and got t regulator broke. Stopped at Zimbrick unannounced. Service Advisor Felipe Marcelino and Mechanic Craig Janisch worked our problem right away and got the window fixed so we could continue our trip. Actual charge was less than original quote. Felipe and Craig were super friendly and helpful despite our not having an appointment. We are very grateful for their outstanding assistance! More
