The Ultimate Experience I have been a customer of Zimbrick BMW since 1999 when I picked up my first CPO. I had an excellent experience at that time and I am still having my cars serviced at BMW . The service department had always taken good care of me and my cars throughout the years. The service managers were always friendly, approachable and helpful. I met Sean in 2015 when I was thinking of getting into a different BMW. I was thinking of getting into a new one in a year or so. I was just curious how the lease program worked since I had only purchased my cars at BMW. Sean explained very clearly how the lease program had worked and answered all of my questions. He was very friendly and was very approachable. He did not put any pressure on me but provided all the information that I needed. After talking with him several times about the program I had decided to build my first 328i for lease. Even though I was not anticipating on getting into another car for a year or so the kindness and positive interaction I had made me realise Sean was the person I wanted to work with. I trusted that he would assist me all the way through the process and make it an enjoyable one. Sean was very patient and informative during the building process. I had many questions about accessories and price. He gave me all the information I needed and made the building process very easy and fun. Even though I had picked up my 328i in Madison, he had arranged for us to experience the Spartanburg delivery program. My family and I had an awesome time visiting the plant, museum and I had a lot of fun on the track! Sean had made my first BMW lease experience so fun and enjoyable that I would definitely recommend him to anybody that is looking into a BMW. We had worked with him this year for a CPO X5 and the experience is what I had expected from the past. He was very helpful and patient with us. I am looking forward to working with Sean later this year because I have a reserved spot for my next BMW, the M2! I know and trust Sean will make this experience an excellent one. A pleasure to work with the professionals at Zimbrick BMW I really enjoyed working with the sales team and Kyle at Zimbrick BMW. I was and out of town buyer but that didn't matter. We made the deal over the phone, signed a few documents the next day. I flew up the following week where Kyle personally picked me up from the airport and brought me to the dealership; where my car was waiting in the showroom. Kyle and the staff at Zimbrick had all my paperwork ready when I arrived so we got started on that right away. While I waited for my payment to clear, Justin walked me through all the features and how to operate the technology on the car before I departed. Prior to leaving, Kyle surprised me with a gift certificate to the retail store and a 3 month subscription to XM Radio. After about 90 minutes I was on my way back home (400 miles) In all, dealing with the professionals at Zimbrick BMW was a pleasure and I would not hesitate to work with them again if the need arises. Unhappy Customer My husband and I bought a used BMW back in September 2016. From our experience we will never buy a BMW or purchase from Zimbrick again. From our experience shopping around for a new veichle this past January we realized our entire experience from Zimbrick BMW was below average since day one. More

The process and Sean, the salesperson were very agreeable, and with the research I did, I thought the price was fair and competitive. Both cars are very nice, and we're completely happy with them so far. We've only used the service department for minor stuff, but what we needed was done quickly and right. Since warranty and maintenance are covered for the life of the lease, and they want us back for fresh ones when it expires, I don't expect any hassles. The service area is out in the middle of the showroom, if that makes a difference, and for the price of the cars they could have a little better class of drinks and snacks, but Audi, Mercedes and Porsche are right across the street, so if you're stuck on a long service wait, you can wander over and see what they have. BMW logo paraphernalia is a rip, but if you're into that kind of flash, you probably don't care More
Bad Buyer Experience I recently moved to Madison and have bought over 10 BMWs most from the Springfield, IL dealership. When I was younger the 3 series, over the last 10 y I recently moved to Madison and have bought over 10 BMWs most from the Springfield, IL dealership. When I was younger the 3 series, over the last 10 years the 5 series. I planned to move this year to the 7 series. Being retired military I usually go through USAA. This dealership is a USAA certified dealer. I searched the Internet and researched the car. I made an appointment through the Internet contact. When I showed up Mike had another customer. I checked out the car and got some help with the technology but Mike was never available he took another customer even though I was waiting. I took the car for an overnight test drive. I called Mike before I returned to the dealership. I had left my car to be appraised nothing had been done. No contact with anyone other than Mike. When I came in he appeared put off and treated me like a grade schooler. Needless to say the interacting was terrible. Several friends have had similar experiences at this dealership. You would expect buying a 120k car would up the game. What a terrible experience. No I did not buy the car. More
