Stopped by Pace BMW in Mamaroneck to check out leasing the 5 series. I love the look and style of the 528 and wanted to take it out for a test drive. Pace/Greenwich website is terrific for scheduling service appointments and requesting parts. I had checked BWM USA's site for the part numbers to get rubber floor mats for my F07 with X-drive without any luc appointments and requesting parts. I sent an online parts request to Pace asking about the availability of rubber mats. A couple of hours later, I got a response from Rudy in the parts department that the mats were in stock. When I stopped by, he had them pulled aside and ready to go. Great experience. More

I usually work with Audley for service issues. Audley's pretty good returning phone calls. My last trip in to service was an emergency because my brake warning light lit off. I drove directly over for a night drop off on Wednesday night. Audley must have been on vacation because I wound up with another service advisor who I had to chase down an hour before closing on Thursday to find out what was going on with my car. Nothing diagnosed. Same thing on Friday except they got all the parts but weren't going to be able to make the repair that day. The service advisor told me I could pick the car up (with completely faulty brakes) and bring it back Monday. Never offered to do the work on Saturday which I had to request. Didn't hear back from them so I showed up an hour before they closed on Saturday hoping the car was done, which it was. Zero communication. All in all, I got a $3200 bill, no car for the better part of three days and no offer of a loaner. My ratings of "ok" were based on the three previous times I was in for service with little or no incident. However, this was bad enough that there was no way I was going back to them for my 85k inspection. More

This was an unscheduled service call regarding low tire pressure. Fabian Bonici, my service advisor could not have been more responsive.
