This is a follow up review from my April 23, 2021 review. It took me 2 months to get my license plates from Bayside. A temporary plate is good for 30 days…so do the math and you’ll know how long I couldn’t d It took me 2 months to get my license plates from Bayside. A temporary plate is good for 30 days…so do the math and you’ll know how long I couldn’t drive my car due to customer service that is inconceivably bad. Best part? I never heard from ANYONE at Bayside. I swear on my children this is true. AND I STILL HAVEN’T heard from them! I’m STILL waiting for my change from the license and title fees. They charged me $400 but the business manager said they’d send me the difference if it was less than $400. Well my Wisconsin license and registration was around $190, so I should be getting around $200 back. I bought my car on 3/23/21, it’s now 8/3/21, AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CHANGE AND NO ONE FROM BAYSIDE WILL RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. It is unbelievable. Stay away from Bayside if it’s the last thing you do! NO DEAL is worth the incompetence and disregard for customer service that you’ll receive from Bayside. Ken from Kenosha, WI More
