This is the first time that I had used the Bayside BMW Service Center and working with Marlo was a pleasure. The only reason I still go to BMW Bayside is because of the service manager Marlo. She is more than accommodating and professional. More than anyone that works there.. There has been so many managers that have come and gone at that location, and she's still there. I'm not surprised simply because she is the BEST BMW Bayside has.. If Marlo ever leaves that location, i will not continue to go there and will follow her to any other dealership she might go to, even if it was out of my way. Since I work overseas I did intensive research on a decent car online until finally coming across a car I really liked, not just that, but the price as well from BMW of Bayside and thanks to Mr. Yat I have it now...I have it now because he helped me out by holding the car for me quite longer than usual (of course with the management's approval) since I was arriving in NY about 10 days later from the time I put the deposit on the car. I'd definitely buy again from BMW of Bayside. I recomend this dealership 125%, don't hesitate to ask for Mr. Yat So, you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much. Kelvin More

And it was unexplained. "it was test driven for 10 miles max" yet when we looked at it before the weekend, it had 600 miles less. We were given free weather mats! More
I purchase my X5 from BMW of Bayside and the new service center is a welcomed addition. Everything is very efficient and my SA (Steve Ikin) took care to make sure my car was ready when promised. I brought my car to Bayside because the service center was close to my home and because, as I explained elsewhere, Rallye was simply incompetent. Frankly, I can't speak to Bayside's prior reputation but, at least in this new incarnation, they were exemplary. The service rep, Steve Itkin, was knowledgeable, reasonable and efficient and even offered to have the service manager, Ray, ride along with me to see if they could duplicate the problem I reported. Even though I didn't buy the car from them (so I didn't get a loaner or car wash, what's fair is fair) reception was very pleasant and I was given a shuttle ride right to my front door. It appears that most if not all of the personnel are new and this may be why the experience is different (again, I didn't service my car at the old place so I don't know for sure what it was like) but I'm glad that there is at least one knowledgeable BMW service department in Nassau County. More

Sean handled my initial lease on a 2007 335i Coupe as well as the "buy at end of lease" just recently. Sean made the process in both cases as easy as possible, he is extremely knowledgeable and personab well as the "buy at end of lease" just recently. Best of all I would commend him on his after the sale follow up to make sure I was a "happy camper" in all aspects of my dealings with BMW of Bayside. I would certainly recommend him to anyone interested in buying a BMW. More

Everything went as planned although I would have preferred a loaner BMW as opposed to an Enterprise Ford Focus - no big deal. I had some doubts about BMW of Bayside service department after reading on line negative comments but Steve put my mind at ease in that my 335i coupe would be in his trustworthy hands. Had one glitch, Steve responded immediately and got the problem quickly resolved. Overall I am well satisfied, the Starbucks coffee was great and the waiting area quite comfortable, much better than the old facility. As long as Steve Itkin is my personal contact at the service department, I'll be back and recommend him to others. More
