I recently brought my BMW into BMW McKinney for an oil leak, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Corbin was my service advisor and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made everything easy. The technician also did a fantastic job, sending a detailed inspection video that clearly showed the source of the leak and explained the repair that was needed. The transparency was greatly appreciated, and even better, the repair was completed the same day. Professional, honest, and efficient service all around. I highly recommend BMW McKinney, and if you have the chance, ask for Corbin! More
