Worst Experience working with Zia Paracha, Finance Manager from BMW of McKinney. We visited the BWM McKinney aiming to lease a vehicle and were transparent about our budget from the beginning of th Manager from BMW of McKinney. Despite letting them know about our expectation upfront, we still spent over two hours at this location. Zia Paracha from Finance, approached us to discuss the numbers and suddenly started insulting and passing rude comments when we mentioned that the numbers were double our budget. He then continued making very offensive comments that we should go to a different dealer other than BMW. We were surprised with his behavior as we didn’t even negotiate anything. This person doesn’t have a clue on how to behave with a customer. Our sales representative was there watching our conversation and 100% sure that he attests to this review. I can’t believe how the dealership even hired Zia in customer service-based business. **UPDATE** Zia Paracha, keep your useless facts, opinions, and suggestions to yourself. In fact, you are in the wrong field of work and have no clue how to do sales. First, get some training on how to speak with customers to earn their business. After our disastrous experience at BMW of McKinney yesterday, we went to other BMW location in Plano. They took good care of us and catered to all our expectations with exceptional service. We closed the deal with them today and got a better price and a better car with a premium package. Please avoid doing your business with BMW of McKinney to save your time. More

I called to verify the quote before I scheduled the appointment,I asked for Jordan the guy that sent me the email quote there’s no Jordan that works here but she found the quote and said it included the valve cover assembly.When I scheduled my appointment I asked for Jordan and was told we have two people named Jordan that we’re unavailable but they could schedule my appointment was told no loner cars were available and a shuttle was available within 30 miles. When I arrived for my appointment I was told a shuttle was only available for a ten mile radius he would make an exception but their driver was not available.Then I said I would be back the first in the morning but was told the driver didn’t come in until 10 am. Why would someone living in Plano do business with a dealer that quotes and schedules in another state for a local dealer. I had to give my vin number and personal information 3 times because each time I called whomever answered the phone said they couldn’t pull it up because the previous person didn’t enter the info or set up an account for me. I think I’ll continue to buy and service my BMWs at the dealership where loaners are available and the advisors understand how to accurately quote a BMW repair. More
