Ronnie has ruined the service dept I called in early August that my AC was not working in my X5 It took 2 weeks for them to pick up my car only after I had to call 3 more times. It was nice that they came and picked my car up and brought me a loaner car. However when they brought my car back, it was not washed or cleaned.
