Not a good experience at all. They had our car for over two weeks and we never heard a word back from them. I called after two weeks and they had not even looked at our car! My hu They had our car for over two weeks and we never heard a word back from them. I called after two weeks and they had not even looked at our car! My husband called them after another week (so three weeks in) and they still hadn’t even looked at it. They said they’d call us back the following Tuesday or Wednesday with an estimate but did not. My husband called them on Friday and they said they’d call him back but didn’t. Long story short, we got our car back a month later and they did not fix anything on it. We will not be going back there again. More

I called and was told that I needed to schedule for the specific service that I needed. After being there for an hour they confirmed that indeed that specific service needed to be performed. However, by that time I didn't have enough time to stay the additional 2 hours for it to be completed. When I asked about rescheduling I was told that I didn't need an appointment, to just come in whenever convenient. Otherwise, I find them to be generally very friendly and helpful. More
