Took our X3 for a recall service. Setting up the appointment was smooth and fast. Very pleased. The people at the dealership, on the other hand, was on an entirely different level. I initially forgot to ask for a loaner car so i called the dealership directly, about an hour before my appointment. Rob picked up, and said “no problem...” I get to the dealership, Rob greets me and takes care of everything. From the friendly smiles to the deeper conversations, this was easily one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. The work on the car was excellent, and the car came back clean inside and outside. But the people at this dealership is their true asset.
