Took our X3 for a recall service. Setting up the appointment was smooth and fast. Very pleased. The people at the dealership, on the other hand, was on an entirely different level. I initially forgot to ask for a loaner car so i called the dealership directly, about an hour before my appointment. Rob picked up, and said “no problem...” I get to the dealership, Rob greets me and takes care of everything. From the friendly smiles to the deeper conversations, this was easily one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. The work on the car was excellent, and the car came back clean inside and outside. But the people at this dealership is their true asset. We are planning on taking our vehicles here for any future service, and also when we are ready to trade up. Thanks Rob! More

Fantastic follow up and follow through Met Kevin (master mechanic) and told him I was not happy with current service dealer. He told me Lisa in service would change my experience .
