They honored the deal I was told via text and was very appreciative of everyone who helped throughout the process. While took a little bit of time , overall was pretty quick. Was able to trade in, finance, have the car detailed and recieve tech instructions within a few hours. Also felt like the prices they list slightly better than other bmw dealers within Milwaukee/Chicago/Madison area. More

That is one thing that is lacking in the Milwaukee market, personable people working at the dealerships. We were in the market for a used Luxury car to replace my wives 10 year old BMW- What can I say BMW is the Ultimate Driving Machine! Out of all the dealerships we could choose from, we went with this dealer solely based on the people we dealt with, the used car salesman LEN is a very experienced, personable guy that has seen it all in the car business. Most dealers we visited, we had to deal with an internet sales person that really did not have much of a personality, let alone integrity. BMWOMN went above and beyond customer service wise, the type of service you just don't get anymore these days, Honesty, Integrity and Personality is what made me choose this dealership.
