When I decided to try and make my car a boat during a major rain storm in September 2016, she was there again to get me into car after mine was totaled. I asked her numerous times for lease number, finance numbers, etc. She always came through! To me, that's service! But, when I ran into the 2012 550i that I loved, my insurance hadn't completed the process so that I could move into another car She held that car for an extended period, turning away others, so that I could get it. That was probably the biggest piece of service I've ever experienced...ever. It may have been a problem to the sales guys, but she knew how much I loved this car! Now every time I get in it, I take a moment to appreciate the blessing of my relationship with Amy, her sacrifices and her exemplary client service! More
