Despite the fact that the car is loaded with new technology (my wife and I are not particularly tech-savvy) Andre was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the process, carefully explaining the myriad of functions. Electric cars are new to the market and to work with a salesman who was as knowledgeable about his product as Andre was a pleasure. The car is gorgeous and a kick to drive. The team at BMW of Minnetonka was nice to reach out to us initially and then follow-up to ensure that we were fully aware of some of the great year-end incentives available. We had not been looking for a new vehicle yet since there was still time left on our lease, but fortunately Tedd West ran some numbers for us (multiple times) to ensure that we would have an opportunity to move into a 2016 BMW X5 with the same features for a slightly lower monthly lease price after including the various incentives. At that point John Sullivan made sure to get our purchase processed and completed, along with helpful service to provide an orientation on some of the new features (and technology) in the 2016. We have been using the service area at BMW of Minnetonka for many years and will make sure to also rely on them for future purchases. Great job! More
