My experience with this dealership was a happy accident. I was traveling through town. My car broke down on my way to New Orleans. The dealership was closing when I basically rolled into the car lot. The two representatives (I wish I remembered their names) made sure that myself and 2 children were able to get somewhere safe. For The time my car was in their shop being repaired, my service rep kept me updated and so personable. Everyone there was incredibly friendly from start to finish. Top notch! Five-Star all the way! The service department is clean and well organized. I made an appointment to get the oil changed on my 2026 X5. They took my vehicle back to the shop right away and the service was finished with in 45 I made an appointment to get the oil changed on my 2026 X5. They took my vehicle back to the shop right away and the service was finished with in 45 minutes. Tyler my service writer was friendly and informative and the technician notified me of his progress and sent a copy of the inspection. Great job! More
