My experience at BMW of Mobile, was nothing short of amazing! I had been in the market to purchase a new BMW for about a month, contacting BMW dealers in Georgia and Mississippi. After dealing with some nasty and rude salesman at Alpharetta BMW and Galleria BMW of D’iberville, I am pleased to say I have found a new BMW home, Mobile! My entire transaction was so quick, painless and informative! Hands down THE best transaction E V E R and this is my 3rd BMW! During my transaction, I met and worked closely with Mr. Jeff, Mr. Arthur, and Mr. Jaron, all wonderful guys! The entire staff was friendly, helpful and assuring! My deal was complicated however THEY MADE IT HAPPEN! I highly recommend this dealership to all searching for their next BMW! Thank you BMW of Mobile for my new X1, the baby mobile! More
Its no feeling worst than feeling like someone rob you for money that you work hard for and lie directly in your face. After bringing my car to BMW for a simple misfire i was told a coil and spark plugs n for money that you work hard for and lie directly in your face. After bringing my car to BMW for a simple misfire i was told a coil and spark plugs need change. Okay i got that done and everything appears to be okay only for the same alarm to go off again. This time i was told oh my system just needs update okay. I got that done but once i pick my car up soon i leave the lot i have an whole different alarm going off saying powertrain and drivetrain malfunction im not two miles up the road. Okay i take it back that monday an i get a call from one of the service advisors asking me who been working on my car so i tell him ONLY BMW Of Mobile now everything go cold they have my car a whole week i hear nothing know nothing i call they say they still searching for the problem. They finally say your system shorted out i guess the brains of my car and that a wire was crushed by something in my car. They explain the pior tech shouldve caught that but what im not understanding how can you catch a problem that wasnt there cause if it was i wouldve got that alarm. Im sure my car was damaged while they was working on it. So they say they fix that problem and the shorted out wire again i pay them to fix that after having my car an whole week i pick my car up just to drive maybe 3 hours of the day and the same alarm goes off. Ive spent so much money on the same problem and nothing is fix on a problem i know was caused at the hands of their techs. I wouldnt recommend no one doing business here for your service needs you will be robbed and lied to fix a problem and break something to create a new one. More
Terrible Service I bought my BMW SUV in August. I started to get a warning on my dash the next morning about a low tire pressure. I called and was told to just add air I bought my BMW SUV in August. I started to get a warning on my dash the next morning about a low tire pressure. I called and was told to just add air in the tire and continue to drive it, in which I did. I continued to call, and brought the car in three times before being SOLD a new tire. I was constantly being told to continue to drive the car (dangerously unsafe). The service representative, Becky had very, very poor communication, and was EXTREMELY RUDE. Terrible experience already and I have only had my BMW a month. More
Outstanding customer service/experience. I was looking for a compact SUV. Jeff Gogal, Sales Manager and Travis Pettway, Client Advisor, listened to what I wanted and then got me into my 2018 I was looking for a compact SUV. Jeff Gogal, Sales Manager and Travis Pettway, Client Advisor, listened to what I wanted and then got me into my 2018 X1. I LOVE this car. If you are looking for a compact SUV with a fun, sporty driving experience the X1 is a perfect match. The front wheel drive provides superior control in rain and around corners. I am small so I enjoy the comfort of the sport seats. The sun roof is fully operable and it has more head and leg room (verified by my 15 yr old son) than the Jaguar E Pace or the Land Rover Discovery Sport. The added bonus is I am getting better gas mileage than my 2012 VW Jetta. I definitely recommend Mobile BMW and the BMW brand. More
Enjoyable buying experience! I was looking for a MINI and found this dealership through their listings on TrueCar. Even though the car I wanted was gone when I got to the dealersh I was looking for a MINI and found this dealership through their listings on TrueCar. Even though the car I wanted was gone when I got to the dealership, Marcus was diligent in making sure that I was up-to-date on incoming inventory and had amazing patience while I decided which model worked best for my needs. Both he and Jeff were understanding without pressuring me like other dealerships. I will definitely be back to see Marcus for my next vehicle. More

Disgruntled customer Bought my 2016 bmw z4 6 months ago. I decided to cancel the tire and wheel protection contract within a few days of purchase. The dealership has to Bought my 2016 bmw z4 6 months ago. I decided to cancel the tire and wheel protection contract within a few days of purchase. The dealership has to mail the cancellation to the safe guard people and the a check was supposed to be sent to BMW financial services they still have not received the check that was to go towards the car purchase. I have called and left messages and its all to no avail. I am out over two thousand dollars and it has been one of the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a bmw dealership. This is my 3rd bmw and I have never had any problem. If I had to do over again I would avoid this place like the plague. Buyer beware!!!! More
Maintenance I took my car in for maintenance on Jan 25 and work was not complete until Feb 1. I was not notified of diagnosis until Jan 29.
