We recently purchased a 2006 750i from Pat Peck in Gulfport, MS and the wheels wasn't right cause a vibration in the ride. We contacted BMW of Mobile and from the start the personalization was outsta Gulfport, MS and the wheels wasn't right cause a vibration in the ride. We contacted BMW of Mobile and from the start the personalization was outstanding. They brought us over and diagnosed the problem. Becky was in contact with us frequently explaining the problem. She contacted the dealer for us and explained the problem taking care of every step to resolve the issue. I must say that the service will make the dealership I primary desperation for all our service and BMW needs for this car and future BMW purchases.
