Angie is wonderful and the work was great but for tire change and a alignment to take over 6 hours is not acceptable when I was told it would take 3. To who it may concern,i have bmw 325i coupe. After the horrible experience I had purchasing this BMW, I lost my confidence in BMW of Mobile. I didn't want anything to do with this company. The only reason I visited them for service was that I don't ha I lost my confidence in BMW of Mobile. I didn't want anything to do with this company. I don't care for the sales department's lack of honesty but Angie Duckworh has made my experience in the service department a pleasure. Didn't need a loaner this time, so it was a great visit! I love BMW automobiles for there great performance and handling. So far I've owned an M3, X5, 530i, and 325i. I highly recommend them all. If you like alot of pep I'd opt for the 330i.
