I passed by the BMW of Mobile dealership enroute to the Cadillac dealership to negotiate on a CTS Coupe and decided to check out BMW's. Kevin Hunter met me and sold me on the 328I. I was impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles and the curteous way I was treated. He made what is normally a painful experience for me very pleasant. I test drove the vehicle twice and realized I liked the way it handled much better than the Cadillac. I had a couple of follow-up questions a few days after I purchased the vehicle and Kevin was very helpful and curteous. More

Jeff searched until he found a few that we thought we'd like, then explained the features of each, gave us the prices and helped us to determine which would be the best car for us. Our salesperson, Scott Kucia, was fabulous to work with as well. In addition to helping us choose our car, he assisted us with the required paperwork and once it was delivered to Mobile he took his time explaining all the car's features and showing us how everything worked. Jeff and Scott are great at what they do and are to be commended for their outstanding customer service. They both have called us to make sure that we were happy with our purchase and to offer their assistance with any questions or concerns. They made this purchase a very pleasant experience!
