I do not like writing bad reviews, but you asked me to do this three times. I brought my vehicle in for a regular service. A three-hour service turned into a week of hassle. During the service , my car wa do this three times. I brought my vehicle in for a regular service. A three-hour service turned into a week of hassle. During the service , my car was dented by a golf car. The car is new , not a single scratch. Can you imagine how upset I was. They told me that it's okay, we'll fix it. Three days passed, no one called me . After I called myself , they told me that they couldn't fix it and a car would be taken to a body shop.It happened around the New Year and I had so many plans related to my car. A week later the car was repaired but no one even apologized for the past. More

The car took more than 2 hours to detail when I purchased it and then came out with tree sap and chalk marks from the service department on the windshield and headlights. The car also had a screw in the tire so I had to go back immediately upon arriving home because they clearly didn’t do a proper inspection since they missed the chalk marks as I mentioned. While we also sat waiting to purchase the car the main manager was clipping his fingernails under his desk while the door was open. He was also playing with a lighter showing his coworkers he could put it on his hand. He never spoke to us throughout our entire purchasing process and completely avoided us when he would walk out of his office by our table. The customer service overall was completely disappointing coming from a “luxury” dealership. More
