I was well impressed. The day I was there everyone was smiling, the energy so real! It was GENUINE CUSTOMER CARE that also gave complimentary coffee that smelled and tasted better than that of Starbucks! I am here housesitting from out of town and my ford van that has Lithia life time service, van needed service. Service I received at that time was impeccable. When I went back just because, the service advisor Christopher Almeida remembered me by face and name! He then asked me how I was doing, was there anything they had missed, and if so he would HAPPLY take care of it. A person couldn't ask for better excellent customer care and service. More
