Because of a recurring brake issue I brought my 2021 530i in for the third time. New car 17000 miles now. When brakes are applied a strong front vibration occurred. After repeated rotor grinds and pad replacements I was advised the only thing that would cause this problem was riding the brakes too much. This is my third BMW, I don’t ride the brakes and I’ve never had this problem before. That is one concern. The other concern I have is when I asked to speak to the service manager Richard Lollar. His first reply to my concern was, I quote “what do you need and I only have two minutes”. Very unprofessional and unconcerned about my problem. Not what I expected from BMW of Monterey. I love the BMW line but I’m taking my business to another dealer. More
