I bought my M5 from Monterey and I can't tell you how much they take care of me. I've been unfortunate enough to have a number of issues with the car (not their fault) but every single time I feel they a much they take care of me. I don't know what I would do without my Service Advisor Mike Kyle... He especially has taken such good care of me. He knows the cars and he knows what is right in all situations. A lot of people including myself have had bad experiences with dealerships and I usually try to stay away but NOT with BMW of Monterey.
