We needed a new family car since we were expecting our first baby. As soon as we pulled up to the dealership we were greeted very warmly by John Polli. I knew we were in good hands as soon as he introduce first baby. As soon as we pulled up to the dealership we were greeted very warmly by John Polli. John Polli made us feel comfortable during the whole paperwork process. He even offered to go out and by us some lunch since the paperwork process can take a couple hours. I brought my car in for a servicing recently and had the pleasure of working with Anna and Brandon. I've never had a car servicing go so seamlessly! They were both kind, attentive, and communicative from st pleasure of working with Anna and Brandon. I've never had a car servicing go so seamlessly! They were both kind, attentive, and communicative from start to finish. I've had a squeak happen randomly in the front of my car and Brandon went above and beyond to help figure out what it was. I don't think it was his job to do that but he took on the task without hesitation. Anna was quick and efficient in getting me a loaner car and was super sweet to speak with.
