Today I had the pleasure of working with Anna and Tommy. Anna was able to get me a same day appointment to work around my schedule and when I arrived she was there to make sure I had everything I needed. Not only did she provide me with transportation back home and back to the dealership to pick up my car, she took the time to have an actual conversation with me as opposed to most places where they rush you in and out. Tommy quickly received my car and put it straight into service and then promptly let me know status updates for my car. This is the fourth state-side BMW dealership I have worked with and I have never felt compelled to write a review. Also, I'd like to mention the young gentleman (I didn't catch his name) that greeted me in the service drop off and delivered my car to me curb side. He was very professional and treated my car like the beautiful machine that it is! Thank you all so much for doing such a wonderful job! More

I just finished having the 100K service done on my 2013 X3 MSport. Had the car detailed as well. Anna was fantastic and set me up with a sweet 2020 X5 loaner. Very tempting!
