Excellent experience with the service department I suffered a punctured rear tire on my X5 and needed an urgent fix or replacement. Joe Campo, my service advisor, was looked at the tire and recommend I suffered a punctured rear tire on my X5 and needed an urgent fix or replacement. Joe Campo, my service advisor, was looked at the tire and recommended that it be replaced. They did not have one in stock, but Joe was able to replacement tire that day and got it put on in a few hours. This saved me a return visit. I have had only excellent treatment by the serviced department and their advisors. More

Waste of a few hours of my time, but not bad enough to warrant writing a 1-star review. What this review is for is my sales experience with Michael Godick. Long story short he quoted me 10 cents a mile for any excess miles, but now that my lease is up it is actually 20 cents. When I emailed him, he was not of much help in resolving the issue. More

He squeezed me in that morning, fixed the problem, and had me out the door before noon, This is typical of the kind of responsiveness I receive from Christopher and Monterey BMW, even when the repairs are not as minor,Christopher is always highly responsive, knows the car well, and is a pleasure to work with.
