In the past, we received excellent service from BMW of Monterey, but during our last visit, communication was lacking. While we were waiting for our car, I texted our service agent about the video he sent, letting him know it was blank, but he didn’t respond. Sales person, Erdal, was terrific. Best and easiest auto purchase experience I have ever had. Complications of buying a car out of state have been difficult to stomach.
