Smile to your face Made an appointment for a recall. I was told it would take a hour and a half. I live an hour from the dealership so I had to take time off work. I was dropped off at the mall and left until 5 pm. I called several times with a nice voice telling me they were washing my car up. Funnily I was picked up at the mall and at 5:45 was told that they did not finish my car and I could not drive it home. I had to ride with a stranger across town and rent a car. I had to provide my credit card info plus Avis was rude. Luke at BMW said he couldn’t help me and to find away home. After dark in Montgomery alone was very scary. More

The best I have found I made an appointment to see a car about 4 days in advance and received a call immediately to confirm.
