Bought my X5 here in 2010, an plan to buy my next one the end of this year. Have had excellent service both times. They do not however provide a car during service which is a problem due to living near 100 end of this year. Have had excellent service both times. After one month of paying for this car the dealership hasn't sent me a title. I've called them several times and all they give me is a run around. Since I've contacted the Alabama Attorney General hasn't sent me a title. I've called them several times and all they give me is a run around. The service reps were unwilling to provide updates as to why it took 2 days for simple oil change and minor recall fixes. They do not offer a loner car. NOT up to BMW standards.
