Title: Extremely Disappointed with Service and Communication at BMW of Montgomery I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my vehicle repair at BMW of Montgomery. I initially brought my car in due to issues with the tire and rim. Despite having a valid wheel and tire policy, I was told the repairs would not be covered—contrary to the terms of the policy. Only after escalating the issue to BMW USA did I receive a call from the General Manager confirming that the repairs would be covered. While I appreciated that resolution, what followed has been another round of frustration. I returned my vehicle to the dealership on Monday, June 14, 2025 for the approved repairs. It has now been over a week, and I have received no communication from the dealership regarding the status of my car. Today, June 23, I contacted the service department and spoke with a representative who informed me—after placing me on hold—that my vehicle is still in the service department. When I inquired about a loaner vehicle due to the extended wait and the inconvenience of having to rely on my husband’s car, I was told none were available but that I would be added to a waiting list. This experience has been both disappointing and unprofessional. Timely updates and basic communication should be the standard, especially from a brand that prides itself on customer experience. At this point, I feel neglected as a customer and am questioning my continued loyalty to the BMW brand. I urge BMW of Montgomery to seriously address their service communication and follow-up processes. I expect a prompt update on my vehicle and a viable transportation solution while repairs are pending. More
I have 2 BMW's and although they run good for the most part, I have received nothing more than a hassle every time I bring in one of my vehicles for repair. First, they are never able to replicate anythin part, I have received nothing more than a hassle every time I bring in one of my vehicles for repair. First, they are never able to replicate anything, so they say; therefore, they do not fix anything. Lastly My fiancé brought in her car to have an oil change. The service representative made a bunch of other unneeded recommendation without giving her the cost of these services. She thought these services were part of the extended warranty that we had purchased. These were things like flush out the brake fluid, change air filters etc. Nothing that was actually required within the first year. When she went to pick up the vehicle they tried to charge her over $700. These people are basically trying to take advantage of women who do not know anything about cars. Their service department doesn't fix anything necessary and try to charge you for unnecessary items. More
Bought a 2021 BMW X3 and paid an extra $500 for the certified Preowned warranty. It took us taking the car in 3 times to have the breaks fixed. now the car makes a whistling noise that sounds like pres certified Preowned warranty. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone so we took the car in along with a video clip of the noise. The dealership stated that they would notify me when they are able to look at the car with a loaner since a loaner wasn't available. After 3 months of no notification, we decided to notify corporate who was no help. We have no waited over 4 months and have yet to get a response. Lesson learned is that they will make many promises when you purchase the vehicle but don't expect them to uphold any of those promises. Expensive lesson learned. They do not even deserve the 1 star More

My experience with the service department has been great (Bryan is super, and the dealership's courtesy driver is an asset to the dealership), but my recent experience with the parts department was a bit d (Bryan is super, and the dealership's courtesy driver is an asset to the dealership), but my recent experience with the parts department was a bit disappointing. I ordered a windshield only to be told three weeks later that the part was on backorder from Germany. Luckily, someone had ordered, and then cancelled the order, for a windshield, and I was able to have my wind shield replaced. I feel that someone should have told me about the back order instead of telling me, on two separate occasions, that the part is expected "this Friday." Other than the above bump-in-the -road, I am very satisfied with the dealership. More
