As a loyal customer who has owned three BMWs, me and my wife are deeply shocked and disappointed by how BMW North America have handled our 2021 330e (under 38,000 miles). We bought it new in 2021 from BMW wife are deeply shocked and disappointed by how BMW North America have handled our 2021 330e (under 38,000 miles). We bought it new in 2021 from BMW Mountain View. My car has been sitting in the shop at BMW Mountain View since mid-March 2026—over 3 FULL MONTHS—for a catastrophic cooling and AC system failure. It is now mid-June, and BMW still cannot fix it. They have repeatedly replaced parts, failed, and gone silent. The only update I get when I reach out is that they are "ordering more parts" because the previous ones didn't work. How does a premium, mass-produced vehicle have flaws that its own factory-trained technicians cannot diagnose or fix after 90 days? To make matters worse, the vehicle has crossed its warranty. After making us wait two months for a review, BMW NA callously declined our repurchase/exchange request, offering zero reasonable solutions for a vehicle that has proven to be an unreliable safety hazard. Furthermore, this plug-in hybrid has consistently delivered only half of its advertised electric range. My wife and I have been completely disregarded as consumers of BMW. We are stuck paying for a car we bought brand new that we no longer trust to keep our family safe. If you value customer loyalty, communication, or basic vehicle reliability, you may want to look at other options. More

Walked in expecting to do the usual back and fourth negotiation but I was pleasantly surprised that it was an easy process, relax and no pressure at all. They charged me $349.95 just to inspect the cup holder — no repair, no parts, just a look — without clearly informing me upfront that this would be billed separately. When you're already spending thousands at a dealership, being hit with a surprise $350 diagnostic fee for a 10-minute inspection feels like a cash grab. I expected better from a BMW dealership. Always ask for a written estimate before letting them touch anything, or you may find unexpected charges on your invoice. More
