I travel to BMW of Mountain View for the customer service. Every time they have done an excellent job getting my car in and out quickly, washed nicely. He took the time to clearly explain all the work that would be performed on my car and offered thoughtful suggestions, including a great tip on how to save money by pre-paying for oil changes based on how long I plan to keep the vehicle. I also want to give a shoutout to Andrew from the loaner car department. He was fantastic—very helpful and took the time to walk me through how everything worked in the loaner car. Process was super easy at the Mountain View service department. Was able to make an appointment online, showed up to my appointment a little early and was helped right away. They were clear on any addi department. Was able to make an appointment online, showed up to my appointment a little early and was helped right away. They were clear on any additional charges for specific services that were not covered and when I refused the additional services the technician was not pushy at all, said no problem and moved on. I waited at the lounge area which was clean and spacious. Complimentary coffee, tea, water was available. My car was ready in a little over 2 hours. Only negative was that they usually wash the outside of the car but that didn’t happen at this service. More
